Relationships, built to last

Who we are

A manufacturer’s representative, not a contractor — and that distinction matters.

Albert Weiss Air Conditioning Products Inc. has been the trusted link between New York’s top engineers and the world’s best HVAC manufacturers since 1959. We don’t install equipment. We specify it, schedule it, support it — and stand behind every line we represent.

Under the same owner-led leadership for six decades, we’ve quietly become the rep of record for NYC’s most demanding projects: JP Morgan’s new global headquarters, the Waldorf Astoria renovation, Empire State Building, Meta’s Hudson Yards campus and the city’s flagship luxury retail for Prada, Chanel, Hermès, Dior, Coach and beyond.

What we do

A complete product partner, from spec to start-up

Specification & selection

Our sales engineers work with designers from schematic through construction documents — matching equipment to acoustic, thermal and spatial constraints.

Scheduling & logistics

Twenty-six manufacturer lines coordinated to your construction schedule. Pennsylvania warehouse stocking for critical COD items.

Technical support

Submittal review, shop-drawing coordination, start-up assistance, warranty administration — the depth a purely transactional distributor can’t match.

Field representation

Named field reps on every project, across all five boroughs and the broader NYC metro. Same team, on site, for the life of the installation.

— Who we serve —

Trusted across every segment of New York construction

Mechanical Contractors

The teams that install our product on site. We support every phase from submittal review through start-up assistance and warranty service.

Engineering Consultants

MEP and HVAC engineers who specify our lines from schematic design through construction documents. We provide selections, submittals and technical backup.

General Contractors

GCs coordinating mechanical scopes across complex projects. Our scheduling and logistics capability keeps HVAC product on time with the construction sequence.

Owners & Developers

Developers and asset owners who need consistent HVAC quality across portfolios. We deliver specification-grade performance for every location.

Facilities & Property Management

Building operators managing occupied spaces that cannot afford downtime. We carry stock, respond quickly and support replacement and retrofit work across the metro area.

Government & Institutional

Public agencies, universities, hospitals and cultural institutions with demanding specifications and compliance requirements. AWACP has served New York’s public institutions for six decades.

“

Shoutout to Yanni from AWACP for going above and beyond to provide me with a VFD today! I was blown away by the quick turnaround time — less than 7 hours! Just a few months ago, the lead time for this product was 16 weeks or more. You truly went the extra mile.

Project Manager · Donnelly Mechanical

“

I have worked with the Ciampa family and Albert Weiss for 40 years for all my air distribution needs. I have always found them to be honest, competitively priced and willing to go that extra mile for their clients.

Frank Cooney

President · IDK Cooling

“

We have worked with Albert Weiss AC since 2008. In 15 years, their customer service has always been outstanding. They always meet the deadline, and their products are the highest quality. Albert Weiss A/C never fails to meet a deadline.
